The Construction Division is the largest of the Khansaheb Group’s operating units and has been established since 1935, making it the oldest construction company in the UAE. Today, Khansaheb has the expertise and resources to operate and deliver across all sectors, providing clients with a complete end-to-end self-delivery solution. Working together, with other in-house divisions, we can offer a breadth of services which maximise a client's investment returns.

Over recent years we have successfully delivered a number of prestigious projects such as:

  • Mall of the Emirates for MAF Properties - construction, expansion, and currently a further extension and refurbishment and capital improvements across the entire development
  • Meraas – Head office building
  • Executive Jet Terminal – Maktoum International Airport
  • ‘The Beach’ development for Meraas Developments and the Ritz Carlton Hotel, both located at JBR
  • Wafi Raffles Hotel, Wafi City and Wafi Residences
  • Al Badia Golf Clubhouse
  • Dubai World Trade Centre Halls and Convention Centre

Khansaheb provides a collaborative, whole life solutions service for building and infrastructure projects, from outline business case, through design, procurement and construction into on-going aftercare – creating, constructing and maintaining physical assets that underpin the fabric of society.

We seek to work under collaborative partnership arrangements wherever possible and we have a progressive can-do approach, to working and forming long-term relationships with our clients and supply chain through each stage of the project life cycle.

The introduction of innovative initiatives is something we believe will differentiate the company from our competitors. An example of this is the training academy that has been established in our Jebel Ali facility which aims to enhance the practical skills and knowledge of our workforce through a vocational program delivered by UK tradesmen.

This training initiative has recently been rolled out to include front line supervisors and middle managers who will participate in a specific program of quality and performance related courses to develop their supervisory competencies.
