Oliver is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in the facilities management and construction industries and holds the position of General Manager for Khansaheb’s Facilities Management business, Khansaheb FM. www.khansahebfm.ae
Oliver is responsible to set and maintain the vision, growth, and development strategies for the division, whilst overseeing a team of 1000+ employees. Prior to taking on this role in May 2020, Oliver held senior management positions in various commercial, financial, and operational roles with Interserve in the Middle East and the UK.
In addition, Oliver has maintained an excellent track record of delivering results and driving change in large plc’s, multinationals, and local organisations.
Oliver is a BSc (Hons) Mathematics with Management degree holder from the University of Liverpool and over the years has gained valuable exposure in critical business areas such as mobilisation and transformation, business integration, strategy development and cultural change.
